I am dedicated to understanding conflict behavior and perspective-taking, rooted in principles of harm reduction. My work explores authenticity, performance, and their impact on teamwork during conflict. Through learning, research, and mediation, I aim to build skills in communities for conflict transformation. My approach involves embodiment, which contextualizes conflicts within individuals' experiences and history. I strive to design teams that consider social-emotional perspectives and foster creative problem-solving.
